"Easy checkout, but payment page was confusing"
I bought my pass without any trouble, and the checkout loaded quick. I just wish the payment page were a bit clearer because some parts was kind of confusing.

"Checkout was fine, if you enjoy surprise fees"
The payment options were decent and checkout went through without any drama, so that was nice. The extra fees at the end were a little annoying though, always lovely when the total magically creeps up right before you pay.

"Wish the conditions were clearer"
I was kind of caught off guard by some of the conditions because I didn’t really notice them at first. Maybe they were listed somewhere, but they definitely didn’t feel clear enough to me. I probably would’ve felt better about it if they were shown more upfront.

"Good pass, but the family cost adds up"
Mountain Collective is solid if you’re actually going to use enough days, but man, for a family it gets pricey fast. I really wish the child pricing was a bit better. We did end up saving some money, just not nearly as much as I was hoping.

"Pretty Worth It for Jackson and Aspen"
I used Mountain Collective for Jackson and Aspen this winter, and both mountains were awesome. Snow was good, lifts ran smooth, and resort staff were chill. For quality of places included, it felt like worth it to me.

"Worked fine, but nothing special"
It worked fine for me and I didn’t really run into any big hassle, so that was nice. At the same time, I wouldn’t say I was super impressed or anything, it just got the job done

"Way More Hassle Than I Expected"
I bought it thinking it would make getting on the mountain easy, but it didn’t really work out that way. The lines were crazy, especially on peak days, and it felt like you could barely get a decent number of runs in. They kind of made the whole thing feel pointless after a while. For me, it just wasn’t worth the hassle

"A lot more hassle than I expected"
I bought the pass thinking it was going to be simple, but the whole partner resort thing was a mess for me. One resort couldn’t find my info, another resort told me to call Mountain Collective, and then Mountain Collective told me I needed to talk to the resort. Around and around it went, basically. I ended up spending way more time emailing people and standing in lines than actually relaxing, which was not what I had in mind at all. Maybe for other people it works fine, I don’t know, but for me it felt like nobody really knew who was supposed to handle what. Not worth the headache, for me anyway

"The Deal That Almost Had Me"
I really thought I’d stumbled onto some amazing discount, but once the fees showed up and the blackout dates started ruining the plot, the whole thing kind of fell apart. In the end, I only saved a little, and it didn’t really work for the trip I had planned. Not a total disaster, but definitely not the big win I thought it was going to be...

"Good Variety, But the Coverage Isn’t Perfect"
I do like the variety they offer, and I don’t think that should be overlooked. There’s a decent range to choose from, which is nice. That said, the coverage does feel a little uneven in places, and I’m not saying it’s terrible or anything, but it’s definitely noticeable.

"Dates were really confusing"
I found the dates really confusing and had a hard time figuring out what was actually correct. I’ve dealt with similar things before, but this felt less clear than what I’m used to. It would be much better if the dates were laid out in a simpler, more obvious way...

"Felt like I was left waiting forever"
I reached out to support expecting a simple bit of help, but it felt like I was just stuck waiting while nobody really cared about my issue. I get that places get busy, but when you’re the customer and you need something fixed, it’s frustrating to feel ignored for so long.

"Frustrating checkout experience"
I had a really hard time finding the passes I needed, and once I finally got to checkout, the page kept lagging and wouldn’t go through smoothly. It was frustrating and took way longer than it should have. after dealing with all that, I’d expect some kind of compensation or discount for the inconvenience.

"I ended up waiting outside for what…"
I ended up waiting outside for what felt like forever. After a while, I just assumed they were either running behind or had forgotten about me. Not the best first impression, honestly.

"The communication was bad. I..."
The communication was bad. I kept having to check in myself because updates were either late or just never came through. And when I did ask, the replies were slow and, like, not really helpful. It kind of felt like nobody actually knew what was going on. Overall, yeah, it was a frustrating experience.

"I bought it thinking it would help me..."
I bought it thinking it would help me save a decent amount, but after actually trying to use it, I just felt kind of annoyed. There were so many little restrictions and extra costs that popped up once I started planning trips, it didn’t feel like the deal I thought I was getting.

Maybe it makes sense if you live super close to the resorts and can go all the time, but for me it just wasn’t worth it. I felt like I paid upfront and then still had to keep spending, almost like I was begging to get any real value out of it, which left me resentful.

"Really handy pass, just keep an eye on the days"
I really liked using this pass overall. It made things easy and was defintely worth it for the trip, but just a heads up the included days can go fast if you end up staying at one mountain longer than planned

"Wouldn’t buy unless your plans are locked in"
I bought the pass and then my plans changed, and the cancellation/refund rules felt way too strict. It pretty much seemed like my money was just gone at that point. I reached out to support and explained the situation, but the reply just sent me back to the same policy, like nobody actually read what I wrote. I wouldn’t buy it again unless I was 100% sure nothing was going to change.

"Login just wouldn’t work"
I couldn’t get logged in at all, and the password reset thing, for me, never worked no matter what I tried. Frustrating it was.

"Couldn’t Transfer My Pass"
I was trying to transfer my pass and found out it’s not allowed, which feels ridiculous. I get that there might be rules for security or whatever, but no, the more I think about it, it’s just a bad policy and really frustrating as a customer.
